I am extremely pleased with the treatment I had. I expressed my mistrust in dentists because of past experience and Dr Hassan assured me he would do the best for me. He talked me through each step of the procedure and even took photos of the different stages. After the process he showed me the photos, talking through the work he had carried out and why. My last visit to a dentist was in 2009, due to fear and being nervous I avoided the dentist. However, I needed to go and a friend recommended me Brigstock Dental. I put my big girls pants on and braved it. I had the best dentist Almaas Jawad. I told her my fears and she was so gentle from start to finish and reassured me all the way through along with her assistant. T...he place was clean and spotless also. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Aram Navai, a Specialist in Endodontics, and my experience was exceptional. Dr. Navai took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, demonstrating a high level of patience and attentiveness. He meticulously reviewed my previous scans to ensure that he chose the best treatment route for my specific situation. Throug...hout the procedure, Dr. Navai was incredibly careful and continually checked to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I had to have a crown fitted with a filling being replaced. This was the first major dental procedure for me, and I was scared! Dr Rudy Audit and his dental nurse (apologies I don't know her name) could see how nervous I was and they were so reassuring and professional. They put me at ease and constantly reassured me. They made the procedure so much less stressful tha...n I thought it would be. Dr Audit's job on my tooth was brilliant, with the crown fitting really well. I had a routine check up appointment two days ago with Dr. Sangeetha. I felt comfortable during check up. The reception staff are very good. I have been a patient with Brigstock Dental for more than 10 years. I would recommend Brigstock Dental to my family and friends.

Dr Zohaib and his Assist nurse Mariyah were Extremely professional & friendly. The service they provided made my elderly parents feel extremely comfortable and welcome. I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. My dentist - Dr Rudy Audit - is the ultimate professional. I haven't had any work done for 4 and a half years but my recent check up showed up a problem and the upshot was to remove a tooth. I had the extraction done and Rudy pointed out all the risks involved but pleased to say that he managed to get out ...the tooth in one go. It was very calm within the surgery and the dental nurse (sorry, I don't know your name) was really reassuring and helpful. The next stage of my treatment will be in 3 months' time and the receptionist gave me an appointment following it up with an email. A really good dental practice which I have no hesitation in recommending. All the staff with whom I have had contact are really helpful and professional.”

I had to visit this practice for some emergency care recently - was given an emergency appointment within an hours (not possible elsewhere locally). Saw a fantastic dentist Dr. Davish Patel very thorough, very professional, outstanding service. Thank you Dr Patel & The Practice.

Needed an emergency appointment and they managed to get me in the very next morning. Reception staff were really quick and efficient on arrival. Dr Zohaib Hassan managed to see me earlier than planned which was a first as far as dentists normally go. Inside the surgery was really nice, comfortable and didn't have that scary "clinical" feel to it. Dr Hassan talked m...e through everything at each step and explained exactly what he was going to do from the x-rays to the procedure for the filling. On to the filling and I am not great with the injections at the best of time so I was preparing for the worst and while I was doing that Dr Hassan told me he was done! I literally did not feel it, the first time ever I have not felt it. If anyone has any sort of anxiety around this or other parts of the treatment I cannot recommend Dr Hassan enough. The procedure was carried out and it really felt like Dr Hassan was taking his time, not rushing to get the next patient in as has sometimes been my experience, but wanting to do everything correctly and to perfection and again explaining along the way what he was doing. He gave me some advice about how to manage things going forward and some recommendations about how to correct some of the issues I have with my other teeth which I am going back in January to have corrected. Cannot recommend Bridgestone and in particular Dr Zohaib Hassan enough! Excellent surgery and amazing staff and dentist. Thank you again.”

I had a complex canal works in this clinic with an incredible Aram. I expected I would have pain after this 2 hour treatment but it went so light and easy and no pain afterwards. Wow! What a talented doctor!! Highly recommended!

I’ve been booking Nusarat as my hygienist for the past three years and I must say her service is exceptional. She always takes her time to assess, explain and carry out the cleaning/ polishing. 5 star treatment as ever from Brigstock - the hygienist identified a cavity during her usual excellent and thorough teeth cleaning - the ever helpful reception managed to fit in a check up with the dentist an hour later and dentist managed to find time to sort the filling - Amazing treatment with the minimum fuss. have done many visits to my favourite hygienist Karin who she is so gentle to clean up my sensitive teeth. This is my first time I write this review as I should done after my several visits. I remembered my first time with Karin, she showed me how to clean my teeth and was very assuring that she no need to dump my teeth in order to clean my teeth. I have put all my ...faith on her as I am very nervous person, however whenever she cleans my teeth I don't feel nervous and have every confidence on her.”

My family and I have been going to this practice since it opened in 1983. Mr Patel has now retired but his daughter and colleagues have continued his excellent work which is why I travel some distance now to this practice for dental treatment as I am no longer local.

Dr Jawad was brilliant. She immediately put me at ease and was patient and kind throughout the procedure . She was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. 12/10 one of the best dentists I have come across recently and would deffo recommend.

I visit Dr Almas Jawad at this practice and herself as well the team are incredible! Dr Jawad makes you feel very comfortable as I have really bad anxiety. She’s very calming and makes me feel at ease during the appointments and I don’t hate the dentist anymore! Would definitely see her again and again :)

Have been attending this dentist since I was a little girl, with Senior Dr Patel (who has since retired!). I now take my children and we see Dr Zo who is very friendly and makes the children feel really comfortable. They look forward to their dentist visits! Very thorough and always offers practical advice for at home oral hygiene for kids and myself. As for the pract...ice itself, we receive good communication - email and text reminders when check-ups are due and appointment reminders which are very helpful. The kids enjoyed attending the children only days at the practice usually during the half term/holidays. Not sure if they still do them but the kids loved it - complimentary face painting and some activities like colouring in, in the reception area.”

It is the first time I actually like going to the dentist. The reception girls are lovely you walk in and the both always have a smile on there faces,they know me by name without me telling them who I am.and my dentist Zohaib is great couldn't ask for a better.would recommended to anybody that like going to the dentist this practice is one of the best.

I got treated by Dr Kreena and I'm very happy about the way she treated me. She had to do quite a tricky procedure, fixing my previous dentist's mistakes, and she did an amazing job. Not only that, she went out or her way to make sure the process was made perfectly and without error, taking no chances. I was there for 2 and a half hours, and I felt safe, informed and ...in good hands at all times. Also a quick shout in favor of the recepcionist; she was lovely, kind and informative. Receptionists don't get the respect they deserve sometimes.”

I was referred my own Dentist because of an impacted wisdom tooth. I was very impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the receptionists on the phone and in person. I have been very impressed by Dr. Davesh's thoroughness in asking me detailed questions and performing an X-ray and CT scan. He and Dr. Chandni have reviewed my case carefully and advised me... to have the extraction performed in a hospital because of various complications. They will be sending an urgent referral on my behalf. I found Dr. Davesh very professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive and he even called me after closing time on a Friday to update me.”

31 years ago, I was told of a dentist who was very good with young children. As a 'grown-up' who was embarrassed by the dreadful state of my teeth after many years of neglect, I summoned up the courage to book an appointment. No judgement, just calm, gentle, first class treatment over a period of months to repair my teeth. Dr Patel, a brilliant dentist, retired recent...ly, and now I'm treated by Dr Patel, his son and a chip off the old block. This is a bright, thoroughly modern practice, with a reassuringly tranquil atmosphere, staffed by professionals who welcome people in, and then quietly sort out their gnashers and make them feel better about themselves. I recommend it.”

I visited this morning for my first ever filling, I had done some research beforehand on the procedure itself and what to expect. For some bizarre reason I was excited, which I did share with Zohaib; I was reassured being excited is not normal. 😅 The entire process was super relaxing, maybe I need to get out more! But in all was not painful the environment was calm... and I was done in less than an hour. If you hate needles maybe don't do any research and close your eyes, but you don't feel a thing at best a lil pressure.”

I had a root canal done with Dr Kreena Patel (endodontist). She was excellent at explaining all the way through. She discussed my options and was clear about costs. I was very apprehensive about the treatment as I have had a root canal done in the past with multiple visits without success at a different surgery. The root canal and filling was done in 2 hours, all in o...ne visit. Dr Patel was very kind and supportive when I needed to stop a few times during the procedure for a break. The practice is clean and tidy and I would definitely return if I needed further work done. I was called the following day by the receptionist to check on my wellbeing. Which was a nice gesture.”

Haniyeh Moaven is awesome, taking very good care of me and ive never had a painless required toothe removal. I had to ask if it was out!. I am very happy with my. Eveything is explained clearly before and after, and Haniyeh is very thorough and patient if i have questions.
